The film depicts the necessity of having an audience. Man, and also his maker, performs to be seen, to be applauded. Man, as audience, claps and enjoys happenings/ mishappenings of others while often forgetting that in the end their fate is going to be the same. In life everything is correlated. We perform for others and we need others for that performance. In our journey of life and faith we tend to forget that we are as important to God as He or the idea of Him is to us. Without each other, our final act has only us. While everyone needs some time to be alone, it's essentially terrifying to be always alone, particularly in our final times.
